Meagan Moore is the Founding Principal of Vantage Point HR Solutions, a boutique Human Resource consulting firm created specifically to support small to mid-sized businesses, start-ups, and not-for-profits looking for help to navigate modern workplace challenges. 

With over 10 years of diverse experience in manufacturing, construction, aerospace and marine industries, Meagan has developed a robust skillset that can support all facets of the employee lifecycle, and provide exceptional insight into areas of talent acquisition, total rewards and compensation, and HR operations. 

Meagan prides herself in building effective working relationships with a communication-based, empathetic approach that is sure to provide excellent HR service to your business or project. 

Meagan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management & Leadership from Camosun College, Victoria, British Columbia, and holds her Certified Professional Human Resources designation in Alberta.
